Our Vision:

To see all those affected by addiction and co-occurring conditions healed, and living out their recovery with dignity, respect and purpose, and helping others to do the same.

Our Purpose

The Hillsborough Recovery Coalition (HRC) was established for the purpose of enhancing the quantity and quality of support available to people seeking and experiencing long-term recovery from addiction. The organization will work collaboratively with community stakeholders and partners to mobilize individual and community resources to promote recovery, while building strong recovery community organizations. The HRC will engage effective participatory processes, which are different ways to involve both leaders and members – to weigh in on decisions on programming and policy.

Our Core Values

01.

Inclusiveness

We will strive to foster a culture and environment of inclusiveness, while advocating for those who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized.

02.

Reliability

We perform with
integrity and respect
in a timely manner to
those we serve and the
partners we work with.

03.

Collaborative

We use internal and
external teamwork and
integration to achieve
common goals and
meet community needs
for achieving and
maintaining recovery.

04.

Service

We will treat partners and those we
serve with dignity, respect,
and courtesy, listening earnestly and objectively to their needs.
