Hillsborough Recovery Coalition
The Hillsborough Recovery Coalition (HRC) was established for the purpose of enhancing the quantity and quality of support available to people seeking and experiencing long-term recovery from addiction. The organization will work collaboratively with community stakeholders and partners to mobilize individual and community resources to promote recovery, while building strong recovery community organizations. The HRC will engage effective participatory processes, which are different ways to involve both leaders and members – to weigh in on decisions on programming and policy.
